Summer days and Fire trucks
This is our second summer to play in the fire truck water hose at the local library. Last year the kids were to big on running in the water pouring out the top of the truck. But this year, C was all about it. Abe had the time of his little life playing in the run off water. And willow pretty much just begged for and ate snacks the entire time haha. We stayed for several hours and just had such a blast!

The Kubler Homestead
We bought a new house!
Wow, that was not something I thought I would be saying this year! We weren't seriously looking, but we would browse homes that popped up on Zillow. We knew we wanted to move sometime in the near future, but we just didn't think it would be this year.
Our biggest priorities were 1. Space for Josh's mom and 2. Space for our church. When this house popped up on Zillow, Josh immediately saw it. We went to look at it the next day and immediately fell in LOVE. The red barn is the perfect space for Josh's mom to renovate, and it came with some land that we knew we could use for ministry. It had character we always dreamed of and a beautiful pond.
We quickly put an offer on the home and wrote a letter to the owners explaining our situation. And all Glory to God, they chose us! We were FLOORED that is happened. We just surely thought this was all too good to be true. The Lord opened SO many doors in order for us to get this home. It is only by his doing that we could buy it. I'll forever stand amazed that He blessed us with this home. We are so undeserving but so grateful!
It has a lot that needs fixed up, but we have the rest of our lives to tackle those projects. I can't wait to raise our babies here.

The Great Tree Hunt of 2016
This is easily one of my favorite traditions. The great Christmas Tree Hunt. I've documented this day the past several years and It makes me all kinds of emotional to see the kiddos getting so big. Josh's dad owns several nurseries. We are so thankful to get our trees from him. It makes it all the more special.
C & W played and played and played the entire time. In and out of the trees they went while we picked out the best looking one.

Her little sweet nose, cheeks, and round belly. Goodness.

oh they know how to make me swoon.

So thankful for this little tribe of mine.
They love giving each other all the kisses and hugs.

goofy ones!
Found the perfect one!!! It might be might favorite out of the last few years.
this hunk threw that tree up there like it was nothing.

Annual 4th of July getaway!
For the past two years we've gone on a quick getaway for the July 4th with my parents. It's been such a fun tradition!! This year we decided to go to Branson, MO for a few days. We stayed in the nicest condo and thoroughly enjoyed the time away!

This girl. She's the best little travelor.
We got in late Sunday night, ordered pizza, hit up walmart, and called it a day. Monday morning, July 4th, we went Downtown to the landing and walked the river and ate lunch.

Happy Fourth..... PLANE!!!!
love these little brothers!

watching the fountains down by the river!!

passed out after lunch on the river. We let them snooze for about an hour until we went to Silver Dollar City.
Spent all Monday afternoon and evening in the park!
C LOVESSSS thrill rides. loves loves loves. The kid wanted to ride everything possible!

That night we went for a late night swim and played with fireworks!

Tuesday morning we woke up and did Silver Dollar City again. Josh and I left the kiddos with my parents and went to ride a few rides with my little brothers. They were clearly thrilled to be waiting in line.
Their favorite part was the tram ride back to the parking lot.
We took naps before heading back down to the river landing for dinner!
Oh and ice cream. ALLLLLL the ice cream!

The river that night felt incredible, so we lingered a little on the docks.

this girl loves her poppa!

Wednesday we packed up and decided to go to a Ripley's Believe It or Not museum because it was raining. It was actually alot of fun! Afterwards, we grabbed lunch at the YUMMIESSTTTT BBQ restaurant. I'm craving it right now major!

So so thankful for this trip away. Right before we left we got a call about a possible match. It didn't end up working out (5th failed possible match), so I was extra thankful we were on this trip to take our minds off things. Thanking the Lord for all this time as a family of four!
